Deliveries and Returns

Maximum of 7 (seven) working days, after order confirmation and payment receipt. Any question within this period will be communicated to you immediately.

The values ​​shown are valid for deliveries in mainland Portugal, and include free shipping for orders worth €200 or more (+ VAT).

In the case of shipping to Islands (Madeira and Azores) and abroad, the values ​​will be considered for deliveries to freight forwarders in Mainland Portugal, not including today and any expenses related to non-forwarding shipment.

● Delivery times are estimated and delays may occur by the company for reasons of force majeure. In the event of delays in deliveries, CNI will inform the customer as soon as it becomes aware. Our goal is to make sure your order arrives as quickly as possible.

● Delivery time starts after payment confirmation.

● It is important for the customer to make sure that someone completes the address indicated for the order, in addition to ensuring that the address is correct. We also advise that we provide a telephone contact number, preferably mobile.

CNI complies with Portuguese legislation in force. All products presented in our store include the value of VAT to the legal notes in force.

The VAT amount can be deducted for public or private companies legally registered in a European Union country.
