Data Protection Regulation

Within the scope of its commercial activity, CNI, Lda. , legal person n.º 504523406, headquartered in Anobra, Lameira de Cima, 3150-013 Anobra, collects and processes personal data from its customers such as name, surname, addresses, taxpayer number, telephone numbers and e-mail addresses, among others.

The collection and processing of personal data of its customers has the following purposes:

The. Customer management - CNI, Lda. uses the data collected to fulfill the contracts to be entered into with customers;

B. Provision of accessory services – CNI, Lda. uses the collected data, namely, for invoicing, carrying out pre-contractual steps at the customer's request, such as quotations, or delivery of goods, in which case some strictly necessary personal data, namely contact and address, may be transmitted to the respective transport companies, for the complete performance of the contracted services;

C. Marketing - CNI, Lda. uses the data collected to contact the respective holder, via e-mail, written messages or telephone, and send him information or updates about his transactions and orders, as well as information about new products and/or services marketed by him, namely promotional campaigns, new catalogs and newsletters.

All data are collected to fulfill the aforementioned purposes, assuming CNI, Lda. the commitment to privacy and security in its processing and maintenance.

CNI, Ltd. may use subcontractors to fulfill all or part of the purposes identified above, as well as for the maintenance, accommodation and management of its computer systems and equipment, under the terms allowed by the legislation that regulates the processing of personal data, these entities being obliged to keep secrecy and guarantee security in relation to the personal data to which they have access, and they must not use such data for any other purposes, or for their own benefit, nor relate them to other data they have.

The data collected will be kept, at least, for as long as the contractual relationship between CNI, Lda. and the customer or for a longer period, if required by law or by the legitimate interest of CNI, Lda. or third parties.

Start Google Chrome and click on the three small dots in the upper right corner: Select Settings.

To block third-party trackers or all third-party cookies:

  1. Click the menu button Fx57Menu and select Options.
  2. Select the Privacy & Security panel.

  3. Under Enhanced Tracking Protection, select the Custom radio button to choose what to block.
  4. Select the Cookies checkbox. Cross-site and social media trackers is the default setting.

    To block all third-party cookies, select All third-party cookies (may cause websites to break) from the drop-down.
  5. Close the about:preferences page. Any changes you've made will automatically be saved.

Enable third-party cookies for specific sites

Some websites may not work properly when third-party cookies are blocked, even with the Cross-site and social media trackers setting.

To turn off Enhanced Tracking Protection for a specific website:

  1. Visit the website.
  2. Click on the shield shield detected 70 to the left of the address bar.

  3. Toggle the switch Fx70-ETPswitch at the top of the panel.
    This will turn off Enhanced Tracking Protection for this site. The page will reload automatically and allow trackers on this site only.

To turn Enhanced Tracking Protection back on, follow the same process.

Delete all cookies

Open Microsoft Edge and select Settings and more > Definitions > Privacy, search and services .

Under Clear browsing data, select Choose what you want to clear.

Under time, select a time interval. Select Cookies and other website data, then select Clear now.


Delete cookies from a specific website

Open Microsoft Edge and select Settings and more  > Definitions > Cookies and website permissions Cookies and site data . Select View cookies and site data.

Search for cookies on the site you want to remove.


Delete cookies every time you close your browser

Open Microsoft Edge, then select Settings and more  > Definitions > Privacy and services . Under Clear browsing data, select Choose what you want to clear each time you close your browser.

Activate the Cookies and other website data setting with the toggle button.
